I wasn’t sure what to expect from this Sirt Complete, which is a new product to me – but I have to say I am thrilled with the results so far after only 5 days of taking it. Two things that I noticed so far are my joints don’t ache as much in the morning and the big thing – my skin looks better. I think it might be the high quality turmeric that’s doing it, but it could be something else. My skin looks smoother I just look more refreshed; I’ve even had people mention it to me. I haven’t changed anything besides adding these capsules to my regimen. I have had no ill effects, only positive. I plan to continue taking these and hope I can order more when this bottle is finished.

It also has curcumin resveratol, and astaxanthin. All these blend is supposed to support weight management, sustainable energy, healthy digestion and control craving. Okay so I tried it for a week and felt no bad side effects like jittery feeling or nausea. I did feel less craving after a couple of days and wasn’t looking for sugar or continuously eating all day. I also wasn’t tired like I usually am in the afternoons. So far I like the less craving effect and energy. Because I am still new to sirt and sirt diet and only taking the product for a week it’s difficult to explain all the benefits and feels that I should experience. These made me feel great. Good energy levels, felt like my digestive system was more balanced and I slept better. Also had less brain fog. I had to always take these with a flavored water though as they have a taste and smell that my taste buds didn’t find pleasant but it went away with no aftertaste. I definitely felt a difference using these and would highly recommend them to anyone.
